dui

missouri, if a person recived a ticket 4 years ago for dui and left from house arrest what would the consequences be if they were to turn themselves in or were arrested? is there a limitation? it wasnt a felony

No statute of limitations on warrants and since he violated his probation, he probably has a warrant out for his arrest. It would be in his best interest to turn himself in and take his punishment rather than being a fugitive from justice.

there was no probation and he wants to get this taken care of but would like to know what he faces besides "hanging"
