DUI, 2 under aga drinking and a speeding ticket...any chances?

What is the name of your state? NC

My little brother has gotten himself into a heep of trouble in the last year. Let me give you the run down

Sept 2005 - DUI (blew .11), Under Age Drinking - charges still not setteled in court yet supposed to be settetled on 9/13
July 2006 - Under Age Drinking and a speeding ticket at the same time. 67 in a 55. blew a .01 so the cop didnt give him a DUI. court date for these charges are 9/5

In my opinion he is totally screwed. any thoughts?

nah dont worry he will probally just have to pay a fine do some probation and other small things. I dont think he will see the inside of a jail cell unless he keeps messing up..wich judging by his record he will

oops forgot about community service as well
