Dui

What is the name of your state? ARKANSAS

My husband was arrested on a dui charge in Arkansas, also ticketed for reckless driving and speeding. This is his first offense. The officer was going north and my husband was going south. He approached my husband when he was coming out of a gas station after the fact. We are going to hire an attorney. What is the penalty for a first offense?
