If you ever want to enter the US again, get a lawyer to deal with this for you.

A lawyer in the city you were arrested in will still be advisable. He can make sure that you do not miss any court appearances, and perhaps again, appear for you so you can minimize the amount of trips necessary. In many cases there are at least two possibly more court appearances involved.

Do they have any evidence other than blowing in his face? Do they have a blood alcohol content result on you from any source other than halitosis?

So they did do an actual breath test in the police station. That's all the evidence they need. Get a lawyer.

You will need to find out what your BAC (% of alcohol in blood) was found from your blood test.
Before you leave, get the phone number to the court, police and the DMV (division of motor vehicles). You will need to make several calls to find out.
Talking to a local attorney would be a good idea.
