Dui

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? State name Nevada

My son lives in California stopped by a Nevada Highway Patrol DUI at .09 here in Nevada. He was in jail for a day and a half. He was released on RO. What will happen now?

He gets a lawyer to defend him against the criminal DUI charge.
He goes to court and then after he is convicted he pays his fines, attends the victim impact panel, takes the DUI course, and whatever else the court tells him to do.
