What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? washington state.i was on a deferred prosecution and i got another dui and violated my probation. is there a statute of limitations on these charges; if so what are they?

There is a two year statute of limitations but it doesn't apply to you. It only covers the time from the time the offense takes place and prosecution starts. You waive your rights to a speedy trial when you take the deferral. Expect to be convicted on both charges now. Second offense: 30 days jail time (minimum) plus 60 days of monitoring (could be up to a year). Two year license suspension. Ignition interlock likely.

Maybe you should check into AA or maybe even some rehab center somewhere. You have a drinking problem and you need help. Hopefully you don't go drink none of that jail hootch when you are in the slammer.
