What is the name of your state? Washington State

I just recently got a DUI in British Columbia, Canada and my Washington license was taken away from me. It is a first time offence and I was given a Notice of Driving Prohibition that forbids me from driving for 90 days effective 21 days after the day it happened. I have a couple questions if anyone can answer them:

Does this 90 day prohibition from driving apply in Washington too or is it only in Canada?
How do I go about getting my license back?
Will the DUI go on my driving record in Washington?
Since a DUI is a criminal offence in Canada will I get a criminal record in the United States too?
