DUI case disposition and Work Release

What is the name of your state? California

Hello Everybody

As per disposition of my second DUI case, I have got 30 days of work release
which means you have to work one day in a week for sheriffs.

Judge can only tell you that you can apply for it. Then you need to go to probation
department to apply . I went there and applied already.

I am having a meeting with work release officer next week.At that time he/she gonna
decide that whether I can do work release or not.

I am wondering what is the eligibility criteria for this. What kinds of questions
I would be facing. How many people normally gets approved for work release.

Please reply.

No one can answer your question as these vary by county and policy.

Your asking for someone to predict the future and it just isn't going to happen.

Good luck.
