I Live in pa and was pulled into a dui checkpoint on july 20 2009 and i still have not received anything at all regarding this, is there a statue of limitations on when to notify me.What is the name of your state (Pennsylvania)

I believe the statute of limitations is two years. You've got a while yet.

Pennsylvania isn't too speedy. Could take a couple of months.

two years to let me know the charge or two years after i know what the charge is to be and then taken me to court, I still do not know the charge or the results of breath or blood.

They have two years to file charges against you.

The time between you learning of the charges and finding yourself in court is normally measured in hours or days.

Two years to commence prosecution (file the charges). It can easily take two months for them to be filed. You'll get a certified letter with them in the mail. Your first court date will probably be another month after that. There's no hurry if they don't have you in jail.

what aprt fo PA did this happen?

you know they send a letter in the mail a certifed one that someone must sign for.. you are not home when the mail man comes you get a slip saying you have to pick it up @ the post office... maybe you missed it???

again what part of PA did this happen?
