dui checkpointI Live in pa and was pulled into a dui checkpoint on july 20 2009 and i still have not received anything at all regarding this, is there a statue of limitations on when to notify me.What is the name of your state (Pennsylvania) |

| I believe the statute of limitations is two years. You've got a while yet. |

| Two years to commence prosecution (file the charges). It can easily take two months for them to be filed. You'll get a certified letter with them in the mail. Your first court date will probably be another month after that. There's no hurry if they don't have you in jail.
