I wanted to know if i have a case due to my son being arrested for dui even though he was walking. Hte crt convictd him due to a tape that was suprrressed and i saw this past month that officers in this city have been charged with falsifying records as well as false arrest and charges

You did not indicate the state you were in.

One of the elements of DUI is driving. If he was convicted, he either confessed to driving and was found to be impaired, or, he had been observed driving and was later observed walking in the area and out of the vehicle.

How could a court convict someone based upon evidence that the court itself suppressed? Something is missing here.

Is your son a juvenile? What specific offense was he convicted of?
