    DUI Disposition / Hiring proces

    My potential employer asked for my DUI disposition. Does anyone know what information my employer is looking for / what might prevent me from getting the job?

    What was the disposition? Did you get court supervision or a conviction? You generally don't have to report court supervision to employers, but you will have to report a conviction.
