DUI expungement

What is the name of your state? PA

I was recently arrested for a DUI in PA but was offered the ARD program since it was my
1st offense and I have a clean record. With this program, there is no DUI conviction and you are allowed an expungment upon completion of the program. I'm still having a difficult time forgiving myself for making such a mess of my life as I've never ever been in trouble before. The only peace of mind I have is that of the expungement. My question is, will this allow me to honestly answer on job apps that I have never been arrested? I have not been convicted so I know I can answer no to the conviction question, but I was wondering about the arrest question. I just want to put this whole mess behind me and I hope it doesn't ruin my life. Lesson learned.

Arrest record also get destroyed.. so you can anwser NO to both... after expungement..

and you can anwser NO to the convition on a job app.. as you have not been convited of anything.

and no it's not going to roune your life.. That's one of the reason PA has ARD for regular law respecting people who made a mistake take responibility so you can get back on track and live a normal life.. and alos to make money as well for the state but that goes with out question...

Sounds like you learned your lesson.. good for you.. don't ever put yourself in that situation again. meaning DONT DRINK A DROP AND DRIVE!
