DUI Expungement

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California.
If I get a DUI expunged from my record, will it still show up on my DMV printout? It is due to come off 10/2009, but I need to get a Class A license and I can't until it's off my DMV record.

It will probably take you that long to get it expunged.

Also, what is the reason you want it expunged?

(Inconvenience is not a valid legal reason.)

I said it's for a class A license. What's with all that other stuff you wrote?
