A lawyer in the same state via another form mentioned I may be able to request weekend jail sentencing or full weekend treatments since I hold a full-time job.

Depends on the court, but a lot of the GDC's up here in Northern Virginia ABSOLUTELY HATE "weekend jail." You'd have to make a real persuasive argument and "I gotta go to work" doesn't cut it.

See if you can opt for the Schick Shadel treatment program It's only 10 days and it actually works if you are serious about quitting. I did it. It definitely wasn't easy but I didn't miss much work and I sure as hell won't touch another drink as long as I live!!!!
