Question

DUI - First Offense Penalties??

Hi,

I have a pending DUI case and the court date is January 20th, 2008. I took a blood test and the results were .09% BAC My question is.. What are my chances that my attorney will be able to get this to a wet reckless? Also if I do get convicted of a DUI, what are the minimum charges and penalties?? I know that you have to enroll in some alcohol program, but I heard that you can do 12 hour class instead of 1 hour each day for a couple months. Is that true? I have a job offer and the recruiter said I need to complete the community service/alcohol program ASAP. I would really appreciate any help and suggestions. Thanks!!
