DUI-Found Not Guilty-Still suspended license?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FLorida

My boyfriend was arrested, didn't refuse the breathalizer...in March. So he lost is license but recenly he was found not guilty in court. However the registry still deemed him guilty?

How can he obtain his license back...at the very least a hardship license? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

His license was pulled when he was arrested

A drivers license is a civil privlege. They do not need to have a conviction to suspend or revoke.

He needs to talk to the agency that issues drivers licenses. He may need to request a formal hearing.

Ditto on the above reply. You can get closer to the people who can help by avoiding the regular "DMV" offices and look to the offices where bigger decisions are made and hearings are carried out. Follow this link, click on your county, then read along until you find the office where hardship licenses are issued. Call, and be ready to keep calling because their lines are busy all the time. When you get through, you'll find a person who can answer your questions.
