dui & head trauma

What is the name of your state? connecticut - i was in motorcycle accident in april charged with dui in september when accident happened i had not been drinking that day but night before could "severe" head trauma have been the cause for my blood alcohol level

Uh ... no.

An injury to your head might cause you to fail an FST or to exhibit SOME signs of impairment, but it would not put alcohol into your bloodstream.
