DUI interlock failure

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AZ

I was recently convicted of a DUI, as a result I had to install an interlock device on my vehicle. Friday night I went out drinking I continued to drink until about four in the morning and I was pretty trashed. I was obviously not driving on Friday. I went to go to work Saturday at three pm and the first time I blew in my interlock I received a violation. The second time I blew it said fail and locked me out of the system for five minutes, so I just walked to work. What are the consequences of this failure? Thanks in advance for your help.

my friend had to do that same thing, the first time it happend they gave him a warning with a fine. Good luck
