What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

I have a DWI misdemeanor from 2008. Is this a traffic infraction, and do I have to disclose this on a job application when asked about convictions?

A "misdemeanor" is not an "infraction", it is a misdemeanor. An infraction might be something like failing to signal a lane change.
