What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CO
New laws that went into effect JAN 2009 in Colorado require an Interlock device in all cars registered to the offender to qualify for a probationary license (to drive to and from work, court related meetings etc).
My question is does the hearing officer have discretion to apply the requirements that went into effect JAN 2009 to an offender whose violation occurred in 2008?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
