dui limitations florida

What is the name of your state? florida
i got into an accident where no one was hurt in feb 20 of this year. i just finally got put into the system august 28, any limitations in action here... blood was taken on feb 20. i wasnt arrested or anything like that. i went on with my life and moved forward. now 6 months 10 days later,

i'm assuming that you mean you are just now going to court. if this is true, then the statue of limitations does not apply.
