I was stopped by an officer because he saw my car at a party and tracked me down when i left. I'm 18, I told him I had 1 beer and didn't smoke. My Alcohol test came back 0.01, and the second 0.00 so I'm in the clear in terms of zero tolerance. However, my MJ drug test will probably come positive because I did smoke heavily a week before. Should I be worried? And how much smoking would it take to test positive?

You will know when you get the test results, we have no way to answer your question. There is a way to avoid these problems in the future, don't drink alcohol or do drugs. Simple!

but for my knowledge, what kinds of penalties am I looking at if the test does come positive?
