DUI in NC Effect on MI License

What is the name of your state? MI.
Hello. What is the effect of a North Carolina DUI conviction on a Michigan Drivers License? The NC court took the license for 1 year. After applying at MI Secretary of State, a new license in MI was granted. Will there be repercussions? Please advise and thank you.
