Dui offense in myrtle beach, sc

I am looking for some advice about a recent DUI in myrtle beahc, sc before the new laws had changed. I refused to blow for the statetrooper but blew at the jail. I blew a .21 which they told me was a felony. How long would i be looking at spending jail time and what kinda fines should I worry about loosing my daughter. I am a single father and her mother is in no shape of mind or shape to take care a her. She is a drug addict and has 2 other kids with other people who she doesn't even have custody over. What are my options and what bit of advice does anybody have for me???
