DUI in Private Parking Lot

What is the name of your state? Washington State "Northwest"

So I am scared poopless right now and would appreciate any contructive advice to my scenario. Its really not that complex and I have no reason to polish anything in my behalf for I am seeking advice with some exactness.

OK....I am at a local bar and I park in their private lot off the citty street/block. I am at the bar for quite some time and without a doubt loaded. I go to my car to retrieve my mobile phone "I am not good about packing it with me". I remove it from my car and return inside the bar. Made a few calls that are listed on my call list on my phone.

Closing time comes and supposedly the bouncer contacted a Taxi Cab for me and I refuse to take it and he says I then get into my car and backed it out of the parking spot until he thinks I spotted a local police car passing by. Then he says I remove myself from my car and return inside the bar leaving my car. They contact the local PD and when they arrive I am pointed out. I did not take a FST or the Breathlizer. I refused both and remained silent. My car was unlocked with the key in the ign. so anyone could have put the car there "Becasue I honstly don't remember moving my car". I could have blacked out I suppose but I recall everything but the moving of my car so I am finding it difficult to believe that I moved it or even that someone else would move it and fabricate this.

Regardless I have been told by a couple people that since it happened on private property and no officer was a witness to me being in the car they should have a difficult case???

I have an attorney but he never mentioned anything in regards to private property & DUI...Do I need to find another attorney or what??

Thanks in advance.

A: Not from the facts you posted; sounds like they have you cold.

Those couple of people are not attorneys, obviously.

They have a witness to you driving the car and you were obviosuly loaded. The bartender or other staff can testify to how much you had and your condition ... you were SOO loaded that they called you a cab but you refused to take it ... you refused the tests - a consciousness of guilt AND an automatic license suspension.

Get that attorney. You might be able to minimize the damage.

And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.

For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
