What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

Where would I go to find out if someone has a DUI?

Call the local court. Court records and convictions should be public record.

There are also companies you can get this information from for a small fee - they access public records and find the info for you.

Apparently GA makes state criminal history records available to the public only for felony offenses. But, local records should be available.

The reason I asked is that if he is an employer of drivers checking up on employees/applicants, the NDR is also available to him.
