Dui questionWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania. Future daughter in law arrested for dui. She will have to spend time incarcerated. Is there any provisions to keep her from losing her badly needed job? Thanks.. |

| This is obviously not her first.

| Hmmm, let's see. I'm an employer, and one of my employees is going to jail for DUI. A customer comes in an asks to speak with said employee. I think I'll save my company the embarrassment and fire her before I have to tell anyone that she's on leave while in jail. ![]() |

| This very much depends on both the county and her BAC. Some counties are very willing to allow house arrest or serving time on weekends. Others...not so much. |

| She should talk to her employer and see what they'll do with her. She should find out first what penalty she's looking at. No sense speculating if she still doesn't know. |
