On 11/2003 I was convicted in KY of dui. It was my 2nd in 5 years on FL drivers license. I have fully satisfied the court in KY. FL DMV suspended my license for 5 years and also 1 year with a interlock. I'm almost 4 years into this and no longer live in FL I've moved to Louisiana. Is there any way to get a hardship in LA ?
