dui, suspended license charge

What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

I just got a Dui and driving while under suspension charges, first arrest, no prior troubles. What should i expect and do i need an attorney? I have never even been in a courtroom before yesterday, so this is new to me.

That doesn't help. YOu need to know WHY your license was suspended. you did have prior legal problems apparently and that CAN impact what happens this time around.

A ticket for speeding (and if so how fast), jaywalking, parking, vehicular homicide?

Get an attorney and see if he can get the suspended license and outstanding speeding ticket charges dropped in exchange for a guilty plea to the DUI. Quick, simple, painless.....as far as the court hearing goes. Getting around without a driver's license is another story.
