What is the name of your state? Oklahoma
I just got a Dui and driving while under suspension charges, first arrest, no prior troubles. What should i expect and do i need an attorney? I have never even been in a courtroom before yesterday, so this is new to me. |

| | | Get an attorney and see if he can get the suspended license and outstanding speeding ticket charges dropped in exchange for a guilty plea to the DUI. Quick, simple, painless.....as far as the court hearing goes. Getting around without a driver's license is another story. | |
