DUI in Texas

What is the name of your state? Texas

Hey Everyone,

I just have a quick question. In 2000 when I was 20, I was arrested for DUI. I paid the fine, had my license suspended, the whole nine. Well, 5 years has gone by without so much as a traffic ticket. I am looking to apply for a new job & it asks about criminal history.

My question is - what is a DUI in Texas; i.e. Class C misdemeanor, Class B, etc.

It is a Class B misdemeanor
