What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Montana

Last september I was arrested for DUI-bicycle (yes I was biking under the influence and got caught) in Colorado. I plea bargained the charge down to a disorderly conduct if I completed 6 months of unsupervised probation. My probation ends on March 8. Last week I was pulled over in MT and received another DUI.

Because the Colorado DUI was on a bicycle it didn't involve the Colorado DMV and the DUI was not put on my driving record. Does anyone know if the DUI I got in Montana will count as my second DUI? How long will it take for the Montana DUI charge to be noticed in CO? Since I have only been charged and not convicted will this affect my probation in CO?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You need to worry about the charges in MT. In Co you seem to have a disorderly and I doubt any other place is going to see that....

Thanks for the response, however I am more concerned that the MT DUI will show up in CO and ruin my probation. My DUI trial isn't until June so technically I haven't been convicted of a crime, but can the CO courts say I didn't pass my probation period? If I don't pass my probation will the MT DUI will count as my second?
