In Texas, if you get pulled over under the supscion of DUI, and you tell the officer you won't submit to any test till you are consulted with a lawyer; can the evidence from the patrol car's camera still be used in court?

i.e. You tell the officer you won't do anything without a lawyer, he asks you to step out of the car and arrests you, and he escorts you to the patrol car, can the video of that be used in court.

Then a DA then uses video of you stumbling to the patrol car as evidence you were too intoxicated to drive?

Yes, and so can your refusal to submit to the test.

Contrary to popular belief, you do not get to stop the DUI arrest procedure by requesting the presence of a lawyer. In my state, this is considered a refusal.
