DUI Violation of Parole in Tn. Please respond!

What is the name of your state? Tn.
My husband has been on parole since 2002 and has never gotten into trouble unitl now. He was drinking got pulled over for speeding and they arrested with with a DUI. My question is will he have to go back to prison for this violation. He is such a good hard working man and hardly ever drinks.

can I write to the paorole board? Will this help. How long will it take to set a hearing date. I want him home so bad!

I am not sure that "Hardly ever drinks" and "parole" belong in the same post. Usually there are stipulations of a parole and the violator is returned to finish the full original sentence. If your husband gets by this one, "drinks" shouldn't be a word he even thinks about. Good Luck.
