DUI in WA question

What is the name of your state? Washington
I was stopped by a city police for a headlight out. A state trooper was called to the scene and I was questioned about drinking. I refused to take a breath test at the scene and was arrested, cuffed and taken to the station. I called an attorney, while talking to an attorney I popped several Listerene patches on my tongue. I then took the breath test and measured over the legal limit, .110 and .101. my question is...would the listerene strips have an affect on the outcome of the breath test?

First, you would have to convince the court that you did in fact take the listerine strips.
Second, you would have to convince the court that the listerine strips did affect the breathalyzer.

And finally... just another internet 'urban legend':

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
