What is the name of your state? Georgia
Last week, I was convicted of reckless driving on an arrest from Dec. 2003.
I was given a years' probation, and see my probation officer for the first time this morning, 11/23/04.
This weekend, I was arrested on a dui/reckless driving charge, which of course violates my probation. Do I have to reveal this to the probation officer this morning, will he/she ask me if I've violated my probation yet? If he/she asks, do I tell the truth, and if I do, what happens, since I don't go to court for another month, so I've not been convicted yet?
Thanks
