dwai missing

What is the name of your state? ny

i was charged w/ DWAI and after the 20 days driving priveleges after the sentence date, i went to apply for a conditional license. Turns out the DMV can't find anything under my name! when I asked if this is the same system that the troopers use, the lady at the DMV said yes.

so what does this mean? is there no risk in driving, if my name is not in the system?
