DWAI in NY

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY & NJ Will a DWAI in NY be transfered to my NJ liscence?

Certainly it will. The question I do not know the answer to is how NJ will treat it (a moving violation or DUI). If NY suspended your driving privileges, expect NJ to due so as well.
