DWI(1st offense) and Distrubiting to a minor - LA

Louisiana

I was charged with DWI, first offense, and distributing to the deliquence of a Juvenile.

Okay guys, I am 18, I scored .117 on my chemical test.
How can they get me for distributing to the delequence of a juvenile if the juvenile had passed his test and there was no alcohol present?

Do you think I should fight the charge of contributing to the deliquence of a minor?
