What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OH

18 years ago i got a DWI in Ohio. I wnet to court and went thru the process. The court set a fine.." I moved to state "B". While in state B -- I got a letter from the National System saing that I need to pay 500.00 or I would loose my driving privledges. I did as was requested. I since have moved back to Ohio to find that there is a warrant in the above matter. My question is this: Isnt there a statue of limitations on matters such as this? i can be contacted at [email]brianbrian2004@juno.com[/email]

We don't do email. Come here and read the responses.

I have no idea what "National System" is. Perhaps some collection agency collecting fines?

No there is no statute of limitations on this.
