You're waiting 4 DAYS before your court date to they and figure this out!?!?! Do you even have any sort of game plan? You don't have enough time to even read through and understand all of the relevant laws and proper procedures. A criminal court judge isn't going to cut you any slack on following proper procedure just because you decided not to hire an attorney. Do you even know what the purpose of a Motion to Surpress is? What evidence is it that you would like to surpress?

You need to start here:

It is a link to the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.

Yes i have a game plan and yes i had hired and attourney he set this up for a trial docket and then dropped me because i couldnt pay him $4000.00 dollars the judge told me to either hire another attourney or represent myself a motion to supress is to supress evidence the only thing they have is and anonymous caller saying that i was driving eratic on the freeway that is all they have.

They also have the officer's testimony, which you won't be able to suppress. The link I gave you is to the Code of Criminal Procedure. There is a lot of information to go through, however, it covers everything you need to know about the court process.
