dwi level 5

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? north carolina
hello everybody,i was arrested couple of weeks ago for dwi level 5 aid and embedding.didnt even know such a law existed.my friend was driving my truck and was pulled over for speeding.he refused breathalizer till we got to the jail where he took it and blowed a .07.any advice on what i should do?cant afford lawyer,been laid off for two months

Ask that an attorney be appointed for you at your first hearing.

will do.im moving back to indiana in 2 weeks and my court date is in august,talk about inconvenience.this is the most lame charge ive ever had.charged with dwi riding in the passenger seat.
