DWI in Maryland

What is the name of your state?Maryland Ok well last night i was driving home and i had 5 beers...well on my way home i didnt stop a a flashing red light(after 2am) and the cops where there waiting..so he asks me wat i did earlier and i told him and he asked if i had been drinking and i told him 4 beers...so he makes me do the straigh line walking and then he makes me do the follow the finger thing and then he makes me say the alphabet starting from the letter "d" and i was not allowed to sing it..after all that he says i did really good..and then he asks me if i could take the breathalizer..so of course i say yes cuz im not even close to being drunk..so i take it and he says im over the legal limit and the legal limit here in MD is .80 and i asked him if he was seriosu and he said yes..so then i said what did i blow and he tells me he cant tell me that so then he takes me to the precinct and i do another breathalizer test and i do it once and i do it twice and they said they always take the lower one one of the 2 so i say ok..and the first one was a .77 and the second was a .82 which boggles my mind cuz it was like a 1 min diff and it went up .5 somehow..well either way i end up wit hthe .77 so i pass it...somehow apperantly i still need to go to court and i had to pay $155 for towing charges to get my car out of the towing compound..any advice of wat u should do or say in court? cuz i was def screwed over

Yep. Don't let the judge smell your breath.... and be sure to take a mint or two before you speak.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Offer the judge a swig from your hip flask. That'll get him good and loosened up.
