DWI question in Ct

Well as I stated i live in Ct, I was driving home from my friends apartment and was extremely intoxicated. Why I was driving i have no idea but that doesn't really matter. Well back to my story somehow I ended up getting on the wrong side of the high way and was involved in a head on collision the driver of the other car passed away, he had three other people in his car all of which lived. I have not been arrested the case is still under investigation apparently even though it happened two months ago. I was rushed to the hospital to be checked out even though i was fine. I do not believe the cops took my BAC but the hospital did and im sure the cops are able access those records. I am wondering if they can get the records, what charges i am most likely to be charged with, and any suggestions on what i can do or how much jail time i am most likely looking at? By the way I am 20 years old and this would be my first DWI along with my first felony. Thank you in advance im sorry if this was in the wrong forum.

My response:

If it wasn't for the fact that the results of your stupidity weren't so serious, your post might have made it to the finals of my "Most Stupid Post" contest.

However, I am copying your initial post to keep, and use, for all the other stupid-ass drunks that come to this site as an example.

Suffice it to say, your goose is cooked - - and that's probably an understatement. Get ready to meet "Big Bubba". He loves little boys like you.
