*** There isn't one. This charge and arrest warrant will be waiting for you on your return.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Absolutely..... if they chose to.

But lets not get that far yet. Example: you are tooling down the highway, minding your own business.... just a few miles above the speed limit. Clocked by radar and stopped. Officer runs you for wants and warrants and finds the outstanding warrant. You will be arrested and car will probably be towed to impound lot. Several hours later, arresting agency is notified that they don't want to extradite. You are out several hours of jail time, plus now have to pay for the tow and the impound. Then, a few months later.... all over again. Eventually, you will either get tired of being detained, towed and impounded.... or get sent back to Louisiana to face the charges.
