dwi when do you get your court date

What is the name of your state?Ny I was arrested for Dwi and there are no court dates at the bottom of my tickets or in my other paperwork. I have a hearing for refusal of the chemical test which is a whole different thing . What should I do ? No one has ever heard of this that I have talked to.
