DWS but getting deployed

Got charged with a DUI in August 07. My license was suspended and I got pulled over for a cracked windshield. Charged with DWS and have to correct the windshield.
I was able to get my restricted license but did not due to financial problems before I got pulled over. I have my court date in early March but I'm getting deployed to Iraq in late March.

-I'm going to get my restricted license today and I have insurance but I will be unable to fix the windshield since the place that towed my car also wrecked it when pulling out with it.

Any suggestions and what are the possible consequences of my DWS?

When you go to court, have your new license and a receipt showing the windshield is fixed.

And show the judge your deployment orders.

Maybe the judge will show some kind of mercy.
