Excessive DUI IncarcerationWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania My boyfriend has been in jail for a first offense DUI since the end of January. He had 2 detainers, one of which has been settled, the other is unpaid fees/fines in another state. Are there civil rights violations that exist in this case? I spoke to a local attorney who said that that the amount of time he has spent so far is unheard of. |
