Expunge WI DUI if under 21?

What is the name of your state? WI

Does anyone know if, and how difficult it would be to expunge a DUI I recieved when I was under 21? Any help would be great

-Expunging a record is not easy. Do you have mitigating circumstances as to why it should be expunged?
