I live in PA and have been charged with a DUI. I had a prior in FLA arrest date was 1990, conviction date was 1999. PA is viewing this as a second offense because it was within 7 years of the conviction date, even though the arrest was 15 years ago. Is there any recourse? Also I was offered a job back in FLA, but would have to move before the as of yet scheduled court date. Will PA extradite me? Any real help would be appreciated, smart remarks and comments are only a reflection of your own inadaquasies and shortcomings.

Nobody can answer your questions. The issue of extradition or not is entirely up to the whims and will of the prosecutor and court.

I have seen cases where extradition was done in an election year (good press for the prosecutor and/or court) where it would NOT have happened in a non-election year.

Even if they don't exercise their state rights, are you willing to put up with the 'ordeal and cost' of remaining in flight. Your warrant will likely (at some point) be put into the NCIC system... and if you are stopped anywhere in the US, the warrant will pop up. The local police will detain you, tow and impound your vehicle (if one) and contact the issuing agency (in PA). The agency can then simply say.... "nah, too far" and you will be released... with the costs of tow, impound and possible lost job. All to happen again the next time. Won't take many of these incidents to cost far more than just being a mature responsible adult would have been.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
