My fiance had an extreme DUI nearly four years ago. He made arrangements to not need to drive and therefore not need insurance for all that time. Very rough, but the offense was very devastating emotionally and financially. Now what? He lives/works half the time out of state and holds a license in the other state. Since he has not had a car for all these years will he still need to install the interlock device in a car he gets in AZ? Will this offense still impact insurance rates? Anything else we should know?
